Today I slept for about 7 hours. I weigh 138 pounds, went up one pound, I really feel the SWF is retaining water/salt in me and bloating me. I weigh the same as last Saturday, no weight loss. I'm not going to do SWF anymore, just lax tea. If I don't lose any weight by this Friday which would make 21 days, I'm just going to come off the cleanse instead of going 30 days.
I fee; good today, my back feels musch better since i slpet on my memory foam pad. I have dark circles under my eyes that are annoying.
